Your files stay in your browser

Filepetal’s SVG converters process uploaded files and pasted SVG code in your browser. Your file contents are not sent to our hosting service or an external conversion service. Conversion results remain in your browser until you download them; Filepetal does not keep a server-side file history.

Website requests

Visiting the site sends requests for its pages and assets to our hosting provider, Cloudflare. The provider may process request information such as your IP address, browser information and requested URLs to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the contents of files you convert.

Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes how the hosting provider handles information.

Cookies and advertising

This release includes no advertising scripts. We plan to add third-party advertising in the future. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies. Before enabling advertising, we will update this policy with the providers and data involved and add any required consent controls.

Contact messages

If you email Filepetal, your email address and message will be processed by the mail services that deliver the message. We use messages to respond to questions and feedback. Do not email private files or passwords.
